This position services multi-family apartment communities throughout Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area.
Our painters will primarily work on vacant apartment units between residents, preparing and painting units so they can be turned over quickly and made ready for the next tenant.

🖌️ The Role: What You'll Do
Paint vacant apartment units as part of the unit-turn process for multi-family communities throughout Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities include:
- Paint vacant apartment units efficiently and consistently
- Prepare units for painting, including masking, covering floors, and protecting fixtures and surfaces
- Patch nail holes, minor wall damage, cracks, and other common imperfections
- Perform basic drywall touch-ups and texture matching as needed
- Caulk and prepare surfaces before painting
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, closets, and other interior surfaces
- Apply paint using rollers, brushes, and sprayers as appropriate
- Follow an organized painting process that helps units get completed quickly
- Maintain consistent quality while working within apartment turn schedules
- Minimize unnecessary material waste and maintain painting supplies and equipment
- Clean up work areas and leave completed units ready for the next stage of the turn
- Communicate any damage or repairs that may prevent the unit from being completed on schedule
- Travel between apartment communities throughout Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area as needed
