MULTI-FAMILY DOOR, TRIM & HARDWARE INSTALLERS — PIECE WORK

High Tide Construction LLC is looking for experienced finish carpenters / installer crews for large multi-family apartment projects in South Florida.

PAY — PIECE WORK

This position is paid by production, not hourly.

Piece rates are established for each scope of work before starting. High-production installers have the opportunity to make excellent money.

We are looking for installers who can maintain both speed and quality.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Interior and exterior door installation
• Door frames and hardware
• Baseboard, casing and finish trim
• Closet shelving
• Bath accessories
• Mirrors
• Thresholds
• Miscellaneous finish carpentry
• Punch-list corrections related to your installation

REQUIREMENTS

• Finish carpentry / installation experience
• Multi-family construction experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Must produce clean, professional work
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have basic hand and power tools required for the trade
• Must be dependable and able to maintain production schedules
• Work must meet project quality standards
