# Multi-Family Maintenance Technician / Apartment Turn Professionals

**Dream Property Services is hiring experienced Multifamily Maintenance Professionals to support apartment communities throughout Metro Detroit.**

We are looking for dependable maintenance technicians who have **previous experience working for apartment communities, property management companies, or multifamily housing**.

If you've completed apartment turns, maintenance work orders, or make-ready units and understand the fast-paced environment of multifamily housing, we'd like to hear from you.

## Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turn punch lists
• Interior painting and paint touch-ups
• Drywall patching and repairs
• Replace locks, door hardware, and blinds
• Install smoke detectors and light fixtures
• Minor plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, garbage disposals)
• Minor electrical repairs (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
• Cabinet, trim, and door repairs
• General maintenance and repair work
• Keep units clean and move-in ready
• Communicate professionally with property managers and residents

## Qualifications

• Previous multifamily apartment maintenance experience **required**
• Experience completing apartment turn units
• Interior painting experience
• Drywall repair experience
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry basics
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Must be dependable and arrive on time

## Preferred Qualifications

• EPA Certification (a plus)
• HVAC experience (a plus)
• Own basic maintenance tools
• Experience with Yardi, AppFolio, or property work order systems (a plus)

## Compensation

• $25 hourly base pay
• Weekly payroll
• Four-hour minimum when scheduled
• Performance bonuses available
