Multi Family Superintendent

We are a design-build general contractor based in NW Washington, DC. We build and renovate multifamily, condo, and residential projects across DC, Maryland, and Virginia. As an owner-developer, we have a steady pipeline of our own projects, so you won’t be waiting for the next bid to land.

We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to run multifamily new construction, renovation, and residential projects from start to finish.

What you’ll do

Run day-to-day field operations, subs, schedule, safety, and quality
Coordinate inspections with, Montgomery County DPS, and third-party inspectors
Manage utility coordination with DC Water, WSSC, Washington Gas and Pepco
Maintain 3-week look-aheads, daily reports, and punch lists through closeout

What you bring

5+ years in construction, with 2+ years as a Superintendent or Assistant Super on multifamily
Renovation, conversion, or occupied-building experience is a strong plus
OSHA 30, or willingness to get it
Solid scheduling, organization, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license

What we offer

$100,000–$125,000 base, depending on experience
Truck/vehicle allowance and project completion bonus
