Multi-Site Facilities Technician

PRG Management seeks a driven, detail-oriented maintenance personnel to join a fast-paced, growing team. This position would have multiple sites and would be solely responsible for the general day-to-day facilities and maintenance. Applicants must have a comprehensive knowledge of the location and basic workings of the diverse properties and its systems including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, water heaters, electrical breaker boxes, water shut-offs, gaslights, gas shut-offs, intercoms, The ideal applicant should know how to operate leaf blowers, snow blowers, and miscellaneous maintenance equipment. All personnel should be very keen at communicating maintenance issues and how to resolve them as a team, identify problems and preventative maintenance issues before they exist, and property maintenance related problem solving skills.

Tasks would include but are not limited to:
-Common area cleaning
-Maintaining, replacing, and keeping inventory of hardware and building supplies as needed
-Light plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed and requested
-Reports any problems that require additional support or outside vendors to management
-Helps coordinate vendor maintenance visits, including meeting with the personnel and admitting them to buildings and/or individual units as needed, and provides general supervision for projects
-Coordinates with PRG Management scheduled and emergency water shutoffs to buildings for scheduled maintenance or when necessary
-Be generally available as needed for emergencies, as directed outside of regular working hours

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
