Multi skilled Carpenter hybrid

General contractor, looking for a multiskilled Carpenter capable of exterior dry rot repair work as well as interior finish work. All around Handyman skills as well as in-depth carpentry skills. Someone familiar with the building process and comfortable with everything from painting to window installation. You don’t have to know everything, but please list what your strengths and weaknesses are. Looking for the type of person who is always wanting to learn new techniques.
