Building Maintenance Technician Wanted (San Diego)

Looking for experienced HOA maintenance technician to join our team.
Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm M-F
Compensation: DOE (Depends on Experience)

Job Description: Perform HOA property related repairs and maintenance tasks.
Experience in one or more of the following construction trades:

• Painting, Drywall, Stucco, Concrete
• Electrical repairs
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Construction
• Wood replacement due to termite damage
• Welding

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Ability to work without supervision
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have your own tools
• Reliable Transportation (preferable truck) reliable of carrying materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Valid DL and auto insurance
• Smart phones
