Multi-Skilled Construction Worker

A&L Solution Group is seeking reliable and motivated individuals with experience in lead abatement, EPA RRP (Renovation, Repair & Painting), carpentry, general handyman work, painting, window and door installation, flooring, demolition, and job site cleanup. Applicants must have their own reliable transportation, basic tools, and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. Lead abatement and RRP certifications are a plus but not required for all positions. Competitive pay based on experience.
