Multi-skilled handyman/ maintenance tech

Looking to add a new member to the crew for maintenance service calls and unit turnovers. All work located in New Castle county, DE and Chester, PA.
Working hours roughly 9am - 5pm but can be flexible. Hours range between 30 - 48hrs / week.

*Must be knowledgeable in home repairs such as drywall, spackle, doors/windows, trim, painting, minor plumbing repairs, troubleshooting leaks, etc.
*Must be able to work independently at times and part of a team & follow directions
*must have your own transportation
*must have most of your own tools
*must know how to take & send pictures 
*must be drug free
*must be trustworthy & honest (background check required)
