# Multi-Skilled Residential Maintenance & Remodeling Technician

**Baltimore City & Baltimore County, MD**
**$23–$27/hour depending on experience, demonstrated skills and applicable licenses**

We are looking for an experienced, dependable **Multi-Skilled Residential Maintenance & Remodeling Technician** to provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, turnovers and renovation work for long-term and short-term residential rental properties.

This is **not an entry-level handyman position**. We need someone who can troubleshoot property problems, determine the correct repair and independently complete quality work.

### Work Includes, But Is Not Limited To:

• **Plumbing & drains** – drain unclogging, leaks, toilets, faucets, piping repairs/updates, water heaters
• **Electrical** – troubleshooting, outlets, switches, fixtures, wiring and related repairs
• **Carpentry & framing** – doors, windows, locks, frames, trim, cabinets and wood repairs
• **Drywall & painting**
• **Roofing & exterior maintenance** – including minor flat-roof leak repairs
• **Flooring, appliances and fixtures**
• **Rental turnovers / make-ready renovations**
• **General residential property maintenance and repairs**
• Preventive and urgent maintenance
• Material pickup, property inspections and repair documentation

### Requirements

• **3+ years of residential maintenance, remodeling, construction or multi-trade experience preferred**
• Strong experience across several of the trades listed above
• Able to diagnose problems and work independently
• Own and know how to use common hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and active automobile insurance
• Smartphone with camera, GPS and text
• Able to travel throughout Baltimore City and Baltimore County
• Able to lift approximately 50 lbs and safely use ladders
• Dependable and available for regular work and occasional urgent, evening or weekend maintenance
• Must provide clear before/after photos and communicate completed work

Applicable Maryland trade licenses/certifications are strongly preferred. All regulated plumbing, electrical, HVACR and other trade work must be performed within applicable licensing and supervision requirements.
