Multi skilled subs needed for busy general contracting firm

MULTI-SKILLED SELF-EMPLOYED SUBCONTRACTORS WANTED

Primetone LLC is looking for reliable, experienced multi-skilled self-employed subcontractors to work with us on upcoming residential and commercial building projects throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

We are looking for individuals or small crews capable of carrying out a wide range of general building, renovation, and maintenance work.

Skills We Are Looking For

Experience across several of the following trades is preferred:

General building and renovation work

Demolition and site preparation
Framing and drywall
Painting and finishing
Flooring and tile installation
Kitchen and bathroom renovations
Cabinet and millwork installation
Doors, trim and finish carpentry
Basic plumbing work where licensing is not required
Basic electrical work where licensing is not required
General property repairs and maintenance
Punch-list and turnover work
Requirements

Applicants must:

Be self-employed / operate as an independent subcontractor

Have their own van or reliable work vehicle
Have their own professional tools and equipment
Carry valid General Liability Insurance
Be able to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Have relevant experience in building and renovation work
Be reliable, professional and able to work independently
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Be willing to travel to projects throughout NJ and PA
Provide references or examples/photos of previous work when requested
