Multi-Trade Remodeling Crews Wanted

MULTI-TRADE REMODELING CREWS WANTED

Mid to High-End Homes | Twin Cities Metro | Subcontractor (1099)
Bravo Restorations is a Twin Cities remodeling and restoration company with a steady pipeline of
interior and exterior remodel work in mid to high-end homes. We're looking for complete crews that
can take a project from framing to final paint — not single-trade subs we have to stack and schedule
around each other.
What your crew handles

• Light and structural framing
• Drywall hang, mud/tape, and texture
• Tile — floors, showers, backsplashes
• Window and door installation
• Deck building
• Interior and exterior painting
• Bonus if you also do trim/finish carpentry, siding, or flooring

What you get from us

• Steady work, one job after the next — we sell it, you build it
• Clear written scopes before you start. No guessing what's included
• You bill us, not the homeowner. No chasing payments
• Fast pay on completed and approved work
• Jobs in homes where quality gets noticed — and gets you the next project
• Depending on your quality, we may be able to keep you busy year round

What we require

• A crew that covers all the trades above, start to finish
• Finish quality that holds up in high-end homes. We inspect the work
• Your own tools, vehicle, and crew
• General liability insurance (certificate of insurance required)
• Workers comp coverage for your crew, or proof of exemption
• W-9 and your own business entity — you operate as an independent business
• Photos of recent work and references

To apply: Send crew size, trades covered, insurance status, and photos of recent projects to
admin at bravo-restore.com. We respond fast to complete submissions.
