Multi-Trade Residential Subcontractors Wanted

MetroFix Handyman Services is a home repair company based in Southfield. We have steady, year-round work across Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield, Troy, Northville, Plymouth, Grosse Pointe, and the surrounding Metro Detroit area.

We’re looking for experienced multi-trade subcontractors — individuals or small crews — who can estimate and execute residential-quality work without needing someone to check in on them.
We handle the sales, scheduling, invoicing, and client communication.

The work: Residential repairs and light renovation — drywall, paint, gutters, trim, doors, flooring, fixture swaps, deck work, pressure washing. Most jobs run 1–3 days, some are larger. Mix of homeowner and property management clients. You pick the jobs that fit your schedule and skillset.

The pay: Flat rate per job, generally works out to $40–$50/hr depending on scope. Net-15 standard, faster pay options available.
