Multi-Unit Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Unit Maintenance Technician to join our team for year-round work. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on maintenance skills and the ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently across multiple residential units.

Requirements

● Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician

● Experience with multi-unit residential properties preferred

● Strong knowledge of general building maintenance and repairs

● Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliances, and other common maintenance issues

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests

● Reliable transportation and the necessary tools to perform maintenance work

● Valid driver’s license

● Professional attitude and good communication skills

● Ability to respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner

● Availability for year-round work

Responsibilities

● Perform routine and preventative maintenance

● Complete repairs and service requests in residential units

● Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general building issues

● Prepare units for new tenants and complete turnover repairs

● Inspect properties and identify maintenance needs

● Maintain a clean and safe work environment

● Respond to emergency maintenance issues when required

● Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used

Experience Requirement: 2+ years in a Maintenance Technician position.
