Apartment Maintenance: Make repairs inside of units

Apartment Remodeler / Construction remodels:

Apartment Laborer: Assist in remodels

Apartment Painter: Paint vacant apartment units

Most positions we provide a work vehicle during the week to commute to all properties

We give REGULAR RAISES with the first one being at 90 days and there is plenty of room for advancement
