We’re seeking an experienced Foreman, Tree Climbers, Landscape Construction Workers and Grounds man to join our team. These positions offer the opportunity to work outdoors, visit a variety of properties, and build your skills alongside experienced professionals.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: $20-$50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Opportunities to work 40+ hours per week.

What You’ll Do
As part of our crew, you’ll help complete a wide range of tree care projects, including:
Pruning and maintaining trees and ornamental plants
Tree removals and related climbing operations
Cable and bracing installations
Safely operating chainsaws, aerial lifts, and other tree care equipment
Working from the ground and in the canopy as assigned
Following established safety procedures and industry best practices
Providing professional, courteous service to customers
Collaborating with other crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
Hands-on experience with proper pruning techniques for large shade trees and ornamental species
A solid understanding of tree species characteristics and care requirements
Knowledge of tree care safety procedures
Proficiency with chainsaws and other professional equipment
Experience operating aerial lifts or bucket trucks
A strong interest in working outdoors and performing physically demanding work
Requirements
Valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to operate company vehicles
CDL is a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to safely lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
