Need a journeyman tile and lvp

We are SS construction we are a g.c and have a apartment complex new construction in Santa Monica and I need a highly skilled tile and lvp installer.. it's all new construction and it's hourly depends on experience 25 to 30 an hr.. 40 hrs a week.
Need a laberor also start pay no exp at 18 to 20 depending on exp
