Looking for an electrician for a small installation job at a rental property. Apprentices welcome with appropriate qualified supervision.

Work includes installing:

• Switches and electrical boxes
• Light fixtures and a fan
• Outlets and electrical boxes
• GFCI protection (“GFI”)

💵 $200 total for labor — we supply the materials. Bring your own tools.

Estimated at less than half a day, with the exact scope confirmed before starting. A slower, careful pace is welcome—we value safe, correct work over speed.

A good opportunity for someone building experience with these installations or an electrician interested in a small project.
