Need help diagnosing and possibly repairing Cruise N Comfort AC
Need Help Diagnosing Cruise N Comfort AC in Sprint
Description
I’m looking for someone in the downtown St. Petersburg area who has experience with van builds, RV Air Conditioning systems, marine AC, or 12V / 24V DC electrical systems.
I have a converted 2017 Mercedes Sprinter with a Cruise N Comfort air conditioning system. I believe the issue may be related to the fan motor, but I’m looking for someone who can help me diagnose it first and then potentially help with the repair once parts are identified or ordered.
Here is what the van looks like --> https://sprinter-van-info-si-oh1e.bolt.host/

What I need:
- help diagnosing the issue
- help confirming whether the fan motor or another component is the problem
- possible hands on help with repair / replacement if I order the parts
- $50 for diagnostic help
- $75/hr for repair help after that
Ideal background:
- Van conversion work
- RV AC systems
- Marine AC systems
- DC electrical troubleshooting
- Experience with Cruise N Comfort is a huge plus
