NEED REAL WORKEWRS NOT CLOCK WATCHERS!!!!

Need multiple positions filled (No friends). need folks to be able to follow directions and be able to take criticism. Need to be able to swim. Can't be scared of the water. Must be self or pay motivated. must be able to walk with a purpose if the crew can finish jobs on time, you get bonuses. Need to be able to lift 80 pounds and know basic tools and what they look like. And be able to read a tape measure and use a saw out in the field. Don't need many skills just need the desire to get paid which is in cash Friday to Thursday. hours are turned in Thursday evening and pay is after 5:30pm Friday in cash. or Zelle or Cash App start $16.00 no experience. And if you think you have some then show me during the week and Friday we can see what you think you know. but I cannot pay people for what they think they are capable of I need you to show me. I always have people telling me what they think I want to hear. just atop this is a performance-based pay. It must earned but if you are sure, you are worth what you think you are. Then give it a week for your skills to shine and Friday we can go over it and if not then we can go our separate ways. I have enough work to go well into next year on the books I need people willing to stay for the long haul. I need people that want to stay. I have work beyond the end of the year. Must be able to swim and are not scared of the water. We work over water sometimes in the water. 40 hours for the most part are 8am-5pm 30min lunch and 2- 15min breaks. I understand things happen, but I need to be able to set a schedule and random sick calls or whatever bs is told to me. All I'm asking is keep it to a bare minimum. I need to be able to trust my workers, so you start with the benefit of the doubt. Time starts at the job unless we meet at the shop to load up and ends when you leave, I don't pay for rides home and it's not right for me to pay for stopping at a store every day for the crew to go shopping. Just be prepared the night before you come to work. Days are hot but I provide fans, canopy, and an Ice chest fridge. As for work it's a little different we build and repair marine "docks" not decks. We build and repair bulkheads. We also do a lot of foundation work. We do a lot of speciality work. I do not advertise it is only by recommendation. Very good customers we glorify them because we get paid because of them. We always go above and beyond for them.
