NEED REAL WORKEWRS NOT CLOCK WATCHERS!!!!

Need multiple positions filled (No friends). Mainly I need a skilled carpenter not stuck in there ways basically willing/capable of following directions. Has to be done a certain way. I need this person to be self-motivated or at least money motivated. Be willing and able to run a tight and clean jobsite. Needs to be able to lead by being an example to others on the crew. Must be able to take criticism and be able to be corrected or instructed on a way to do a task. This position starts @ 20 an hour at least for the first week basically to prove you are able to earn your way. After the first week- month we can reevaluate your pay. You are in control of your pay. Not by telling me what I want to hear, show me. Been doing this a long time please don't insult me by thinking any different I just want honesty and willing to pay for it. By the weeks end you can be making 22-25 an hour. This job also has performance-based bonuses. When a job is started, we have a time it should be completed. If we finish on time, I give a bonus. Small but still it's a bonus. If finished before the time allowed by a day bigger bonus and if done day(s) ahead between 100-500 dollars each on the crew (bonuses get paid after the job check clears this is bonus only workers get paid cash Fri.-Thur. turn in hours Thursday evening paid after 5:30 Friday evening in cash or Cash App or Zelle etc.) I need people that want to stay. I have work beyond the end of the year. Must be able to swim and are not scared of the water. We work over water sometimes in the water. 40 hours for the most part are 8am-5pm 30min lunch and 2- 15min breaks. I understand things happen, but I need to be able to set a schedule and random sick calls or whatever bs is told to me. All I'm asking is keep it to a bare minimum. I need to be able to trust my workers, so you start with the benefit of the doubt. Time starts at the job unless we meet at the shop to load up and ends when you leave, I don't pay for rides home and it's not right for me to pay for stopping at a store every day for the crew to go shopping. Just be prepared the night before you come to work. Days are hot but I provide fans, canopy, and an Ice chest fridge. As for work it's a little different we build and repair marine "docks" not decks. We build and repair bulkheads. We also do a lot of foundation work. We do a lot of speciality work. I do not advertise it is only by recommendation. Very good customers we glorify them because we get paid because of them. We always go above and beyond for them.
