Need to hire an Electrician or Contractor

I have Warmquest hotwire heating cables installed in my driveway. Although these have worked well for 8 years, one section of the cables are no longer working and only half the driveway melts snow in winter. I am looking for an electrician or contractor familiar with, and capable of, replacing the existing heat cables so that the driveway heating system is fully functional.
