Role Overview

As an Independent Cleaning Provider with Maids of the Midwest, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own schedule, select the customers you want to work with, and focus solely on delivering high-quality cleaning services. We handle all administrative tasks, including customer support, scheduling, billing, and payment, allowing you to concentrate on your work.

Responsibilities

Perform residential and commercial cleaning services to the highest standards, with attention to detail and care for customer satisfaction.
Maintain communication with Maids of the Midwest team through our online portal and email for scheduling and job updates.
Use approved cleaning products and follow company protocols to ensure safe and effective results.
Foster a respectful, professional relationship with customers, exercising the right to decline service for any customer that doesn’t align with professional standards.
Requirements

Experience: Previous cleaning experience is required.

Full-time Availability: We are currently looking for individuals that can work 10-30 hours each week.
Screening: Ability to pass a background check, in-person screening, and reference verification.
Technology Proficiency: Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using digital tools for scheduling and communication.
Work Status: Authorized to work in the United States.
Independence and Reliability: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain reliable communication with the Maids of the Midwest team and customers when necessary.
Reliable Transportation: Able to travel to job sites in and around the Twin Cities area.
Provide their own cleaning supplies: Mop, vacuum, broom, etc.
