We are project managers that handle loads of rehabs yearly.

We are currently looking to hire an independent Handyperson (s) to visit several properties and complete end of rehab job PUNCH LISTS and Odd Jobs.

Some items will include: painting exterior and interior, caulk, gutter repairs, small home repairs, light electric, light plumbing etc...

Our properties are in the Suburbs of Wayne County mostly, some in other areas close by –
*** We Do Not Have Andy in Detroit ***

** YOU MUST HAVE SOME WORKING CAPITOL – AN ESTABLISHED BUSINESS PERSON IS PREFERRED
** YOU MUST HAVE OPEN TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB USUALLY WITHIN 24-72 HRS
** YOU MUST REMOVE ALL DEBRIS FROM PROPERTY - NO DEBRIS CAN BE LEFT AT CURB ON ONSITE
** YOU MUST FILL OUT A W-9
