**SKILLED PAINTER / HANDYMAN WANTED – CONSISTENT WORK**

AF Remodeling is looking for a reliable, experienced painter/handyman for ongoing residential remodeling projects throughout Montgomery County and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for someone experienced with:

• Interior painting and professional cut-in work
• Drywall patching and repairs
• Trim, baseboard and caulking
• Minor carpentry
• Doors, hardware and punch-list items
• General handyman repairs
• Clean, high-quality finish work

The right person should take pride in their work, communicate well, show up when they say they will, and be able to work independently when needed.

Must have reliable transportation and basic tools.
