New Construction Help Wanted, Tehachapi

Local Full Time positions available for framing and other new residential construction. Hands on experience in framing/siding/concrete and familiarity with use of saws, nail guns and other common tools required. All work local in Tehachapi, no traveling required. General construction positions available doing framing, concrete setup and finish, plumbing and finish work on new construction projects. The job responsibilities consist of:

All aspects of residential home construction
Basic to advanced carpentry
Rough and Finish plumbing
Concrete setup and placement

Job requirements

Must be able to lift 60 lbs
Work in an outside environment
Ability to climb into/out of equipment
Ability to climb ladder for access to roofs and tops of walls
Pre Employment drup test and background check
Must be able to properly use hand and power tools
Must be able to read a tape measure
Good attitude and dependable.

Hourly pay rate is dependent upon capability and experience
