Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled plumber with experience in new construction. The ideal candidate will be familiar with plumbing systems for residential new builds and able to work effectively within a team of other construction professionals. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, from rough-in through to final installation, ensuring that all work meets code requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and repair plumbing systems in new construction homes, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.

Work with a variety of materials, including PVC, CPVC, PEX, copper propress and copper.

Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications to map out the plumbing systems.

Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects within timeline and quality standards.

Test plumbing systems for leaks and other potential issues, performing necessary repairs or adjustments.

Ensure all installations are compliant with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Keep the work area clean and organized and maintain tools and equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 year of plumbing experience, preferably in new residential construction.

Basic knowledge of local plumbing codes and best practices.

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical ability to handle tools, materials, and work in various weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Plumbing license or certification (preferred, but not required).
