Hiring many New Construction plumbers, apprentices, and helpers. Now.
We have more houses than people. If you already know the trade, we want you. If you have never held a torch but you show up and want to learn, we want you too. A plumbing license is not required to start. We will help you get one.
Who should apply
- Licensed journeyman or master — jump onto production work
- Apprentice or helper with some field time
The work:
Rough-in and trim on new homes across the Thumb. Pipe, fittings, water heaters, fixtures, and the day-to-day of a busy NC crew. You work with licensed plumbers and leads. Helpers stage material, learn the layout, and build skill on the job. Licensed techs run the work.
Hours:
Standard NC start is 7:00 a.m. on site, year-round. Full-time. Plenty of hours. Overtime is regularly available when the schedule needs it (paid time-and-a-half after 40). This is not a short-hour job.
Pay and benefits:
Pay based on experience and what you can run. Helpers and first-year learners start on a labor/apprentice rate and move up as they produce. Licensed plumbers are paid as licensed plumbers.
Weekly pay. Health insurance. 401(k). Other company benefits as eligible. Company support toward getting your Michigan plumber’s license.
What you need:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Able to work on a job site all day — lift, climb, kneel, crawl
- On time, coachable, and ready for early starts
- Pass a background check
