Nigella is hiring a Designer/ Shop Support Role

Floral designer + shop support role- this is a hands on position in a high-volume flower shop, roughly split between floral design & supporting the systems that keep daily orders + shop operations moving.

Ideal candidate:

Mid-level + floral design skills. Comfortable with computers, ipads & digital order systems. Willing to learn order management processes, comfortable rotating through opening, closing + general shop support. Clear communication & ability to receive feedback & adjust. Follow work through start to finish, including the less glamorous aspects.

We're hoping for a person who understands that small shop work includes shared systems, communal tasks, customer flow & shop upkeep, not only designing. valid CA driver’s license + willing to make deliveries when shop needs require it. comfort driving in SF strongly preferred
