Night Shift Parking Lot Sweeper Driver

The MEG Companies is a leading commercial real estate management firm serving Southern New Hampshire. We are committed to maintaining clean, safe, and attractive shopping centers and commercial properties for our clients and tenants.

We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking Night Shift Parking Lot Sweeper Driver to join our team. This full-time, third-shift position is responsible for safely operating a parking lot sweeper truck while servicing multiple commercial properties throughout Southern New Hampshire, six nights per week.

Position Responsibilities:

Safely operate a parking lot sweeper truck on an assigned nightly route.
Sweep shopping center parking lots between 10:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles as needed.
Remove debris and litter from sidewalks using a backpack blower.
Hand-pick trash from landscaped areas, curbs, and locations inaccessible to the sweeper truck.
Inspect properties during each visit and document maintenance concerns, illegal dumping, or safety issues with notes and photographs.
Follow nightly route sheets and complete all assigned stops accurately and efficiently.
Clean and inspect the sweeper truck at the end of each shift.
Maintain a professional appearance while representing The MEG Companies.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to work overnight shifts six nights per week.
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physically capable of climbing in and out of the truck, walking properties, and performing outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Previous commercial driving or property maintenance experience is a plus, but not required. We provide paid training for the right candidate.
