Kelley Painting Services is a respected painting contractor based in Mount Dora, Florida. We are seeking experienced, professional painting subcontractors and established crews for a steady flow of quality projects throughout Central Florida.

This is **subcontract work paid by the project**, not an hourly painting position.

## We Are Looking for Two Types of Crews

### High-End Residential Painters

• Luxury interior and exterior repaints
• Detailed brushing, rolling, spraying, masking, and surface preparation
• Fine-finish work on doors, trim, cabinets, and architectural details
• Experience working in occupied homes
• Excellent protection, cleanliness, and customer service
• Professional appearance and respectful jobsite conduct

### Commercial Painting Crews

• Commercial interior and exterior painting
• Schools, offices, medical facilities, HOAs, multifamily, hospitality, and general commercial projects
• Ability to follow written scopes, plans, schedules, and project requirements
• Experience coordinating with project managers, superintendents, and other trades
• Ability to maintain production, safety, quality, and jobsite cleanliness

## Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of **five years of professional painting experience**
• Must speak and understand English well enough to follow scopes, safety instructions, schedules, and jobsite requirements
• Skilled in brushing, rolling, spraying, masking, caulking, and surface preparation
• Must own and maintain all necessary tools and equipment, including sprayers, pressure washers, ladders, and safety equipment
• Reliable transportation is required
• Clean and professional appearance
• Ability to work independently, manage your crew, and complete projects on schedule
• Must provide references and photographs of completed work
• Must provide legally required employment and work-authorization documentation for all individuals working on our projects

## Insurance Requirements — Non-Negotiable

Subcontractors must provide current Certificates of Insurance before beginning any work.

• **General Liability Insurance:** Minimum coverage of **$500,000 to $1,000,000**, depending on the project
• **Workers’ Compensation Insurance:** Full statutory Workers’ Compensation coverage for all employees and crew members
• **Workers’ Compensation exemptions are not accepted**
• Kelley Painting Services must be listed as a Certificate Holder and Additional Insured when required
