NOW HIRING – ADVANCED HVAC HELPER

HVAC Contractor is currently looking for an Advanced HVAC Helper to join our team.

A proactive, motivated individual interested in learning and growing in the HVAC trade. We are looking for someone with HVAC field experience who is comfortable assisting with installations, service work, equipment change-outs, and general HVAC tasks.

1-) What We’re Looking For:

• Be on time, punctual, and reliable with strong work ethics.
• Customer-focused attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required.

2-) Requirements:
Previous HVAC experience preferred.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable and able to work independently when needed.
Good communication skills.
Basic hand tools.
Ability to lift heavy equipment/materials and comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments.

3-) Duties:

• Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations and service calls.
• Maintenance, repairs, organization, and warehouse/shop tasks.
• Learn HVAC diagnostics, tools, and daily operations.
• Receive direct hands-on training and supervision from a licensed contractor.
