Air Duct Cleaning Technician (Residential HVAC Experience Required)

Location: Austin, TX

Pay: $18.00/hour + Overtime
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary to Hire (40+ hours per week)
Labor Finders is hiring an experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technician for residential HVAC projects. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for dependable professionals with hands-on experience in residential air duct cleaning.

Job Responsibilities:
•Clean residential HVAC air duct systems.
•Clean vents, returns, registers, and ductwork.
•Perform work inside residential attics (previous attic work experience is strictly required).
•Operate air duct cleaning equipment and tools.
•Inspect duct systems and identify issues when needed.
•Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
•Provide professional customer service while working in occupied homes.

Requirements:
•Minimum 2 years of experience in residential HVAC air duct cleaning.
•Previous experience working in residential attics is mandatory.
•Must be comfortable working in attics and able to tolerate hot working conditions.
•Familiarity with HVAC systems and ductwork.
•Ability to lift and move equipment.
•Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
•Ability to pass pre-employment screening if required.

Only candidates with verifiable air duct cleaning experience will be considered.
This is NOT an entry-level position. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
