Join our experienced paving crew! We are currently hiring for two key positions:

1. Asphalt Screed Operator
Responsibilities:

• Operate screed on asphalt paver to ensure proper depth, width, and slope
• Monitor and adjust screed settings for smooth, even mat
• Work closely with paver operator and ground crew
• Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience operating a screed
• Strong understanding of paving techniques and equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

2. Rake Man (Asphalt Laborer)
Responsibilities:

• Rake and finish asphalt to ensure smooth transitions and edges
• Assist with handwork around curbs, drains, and tight areas
• Support the paving crew with general labor as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with asphalt raking and hand tools
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Team player with a strong work ethic
