NOW HIRING: ASSISTANT LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Ayla at Castle Hills is seeking an experienced and dependable Assistant Lead Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with daily maintenance operations
Complete apartment repairs, service requests, preventive maintenance, and unit turns
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general building issues
Help maintain the property’s grounds, common areas, and equipment
Respond promptly and professionally to resident maintenance concerns
Participate in the rotating emergency on-call schedule
Follow all company safety policies and property procedures

Required Qualifications:

Current HVAC certification

Well-rounded knowledge of apartment maintenance
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs
Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs independently
Ability and availability to respond to after-hours emergencies
Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and good communication skills
Previous multifamily or apartment maintenance experience is strongly preferred
