Description
BPC Home Service is seeking an experienced Roofing Field Manager to oversee residential roofing operations across South Florida.
You will coordinate job sites, lead crews, manage materials, perform inspections, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with high-quality standards.
📍 Work Area: Broward County
Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage daily roofing operations and field teams.
✔️ Coordinate materials, schedules, and project progress.
✔️ Perform inspections and maintain quality control.
✔️ Communicate with customers and internal teams.
Requirements:
✔️ 5+ years of roofing management experience.
✔️ Bilingual English/Spanish required.
✔️ Strong knowledge of Florida Building Code and roofing systems.
✔️ Experience leading crews, subcontractors, and job site operations.
✔️ Ability to inspect roofs and identify quality or installation issues.
✔️ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.
