As a Maintenance Technician, you will be a key player in ensuring our residential community is beautifully maintained, safe, and welcoming.

What You’ll Do

Make-Ready Turnovers: Prepare vacant apartments for new move-ins, including painting, general repairs, carpet care, and housekeeping to provide an exceptional first impression.

Resident Service Requests: Respond to and resolve resident maintenance requests promptly, professionally, and with a customer-first attitude.

Property Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the community grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and amenities.

System Diagnostics & Repair: Assist with troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, basic electrical systems, general carpentry, and appliances.

Safety First: Adhere to all company safety standards, protect company tools/equipment, and comply with Fair Housing regulations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (multifamily or residential property experience is a huge plus!).

Certifications: Must possess a valid Driver's License and an EPA 608 certification (Minimum Type II). CPO or local city certifications are highly preferred.

Skills: Strong fundamentals in plumbing, HVAC, electrical work, and general carpentry.

Communication: Fully bilingual capabilities are required to best assist our diverse community of residents.

Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 100 lbs occasionally, moving about the property, and handling outdoor environments.

Competitive Pay: Starting at $20.40 – $24.00 hourly (based on experience).
