Job Title: Cabinet Installer Helper / Assistant

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on **Cabinet Installer Helper / Assistant** to support our lead installers on custom cabinetry projects.

This is a great opportunity for someone with basic construction or tool experience who wants to develop their cabinet installation skills. We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, follows directions, works carefully, and takes pride in doing the job right.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Assist lead installers with installing kitchen cabinets, vanities, built-ins, panels, fillers, trim, and cabinet hardware.
• Load, unload, carry, and stage cabinets, tools, and materials.
• Help measure, mark, position, level, and secure cabinetry under the lead installer’s direction.
• Assist with adjustments to cabinet doors, drawers, hinges, and drawer slides.
• Protect floors, walls, cabinetry, and surrounding surfaces during installation.
• Keep tools and materials organized and maintain a clean job site.
• Help with shop preparation, deliveries, and other related tasks as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and treat customers’ homes with care and respect.

**REQUIREMENTS**

• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation.
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions.
• Ability to safely lift and carry cabinets and materials with assistance and perform physical installation work.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Professional, respectful attitude toward coworkers and customers.

**PREFERRED, BUT NOT REQUIRED**

• Previous cabinet installation, carpentry, remodeling, or construction experience.
• Familiarity with cabinet hardware and basic installation methods.
