NOW HIRING – CLASSIC CAR MECHANIC / ELECTRICAL FABRICATION SPECIALIST

Restomod Mustangs | Santa Ana, CA

Two Full-Time Positions Available | $25–$40+/Hour

We are Restomod Mustangs, a custom automotive shop specializing in high-end 1965–1970 Ford Mustang restomods. We build fully customized vehicles featuring modern Coyote engine swaps, supercharged applications, 6-speed manual and 10-speed automatic transmissions, aftermarket suspension systems, and complete custom interiors and electrical systems.

We’re currently looking to add experienced Electrical and Mechanical Technicians to our team.

Ideally, we’re looking for individuals with experience in the classic car, hot rod, or custom automotive industry who are capable of producing clean, detailed, high-quality work.

POSITION 1: AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICAL SPECIALIST

Experience with American Autowire harnesses, Ford Performance Control Packs, Holley Terminator X, and aftermarket wiring systems
Complete vehicle wiring, including engine, chassis, interior, and accessories
Clean wire routing, looming, heat shrinking, and proper terminal connections
Firewall modifications, grommet installation, and harness organization
Electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and system integration
Ability to independently complete neat, professional-quality wiring installations
POSITION 2: CLASSIC CAR MECHANIC / FABRICATION SPECIALIST

Installation of aftermarket suspension, subframes, and chassis systems
Coyote engine swaps and manual/automatic transmission installation
Brake and fuel system installation and plumbing
Custom exhaust fabrication and installation
MIG and TIG welding experience
Fabrication of custom brackets, mounts, and components
General mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and fitting
WHAT WE OFFER

$25–$40+/hour depending on experience and skill level
Full-time, long-term employment
Monday–Friday schedule
