NOW HIRING: COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Southern Arizona’s largest commercial company is looking for an experienced and dependable individual to join our Maintenance Department.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience using blowers and small power tools
• Interior and exterior painting experience
• Ability to complete minor drywall patching and repairs
• Ability to perform minor roof repairs
• Ability to safely climb and work from ladders
• General property maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable, professional, and ready to work

Employment Requirements:

• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to pass a background check
