Now Hiring: Commercial Roofing Foreman (Flat & Metal Roofing)

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead crews on active job sites.

Requirements:

Strong experience with flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)
Metal roofing experience required
Proven detailing experience and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Ability to lead, manage, and hold a crew accountable
Read and interpret plans, specs, and layouts
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation and consistent work ethic
Ability to pass a drug test
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily job site operations

Manage crew productivity and quality control
Ensure safety standards are followed
Keep projects on schedule and running efficiently
