NOW HIRING – Commercial Roofing Laborers / Skilled Labor up to $19/hr

Looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to assist on a commercial roofing project. This is a great opportunity to get involved with a busy roofing crew and work on large-scale commercial projects.

Job Duties:

Assist with commercial roof tear-off and replacement projects
Remove roofing debris and keep work areas clean and safe
Transport materials from ground level to rooftop staging areas
Support roofing crews by ensuring materials are readily available
Perform general labor duties as assigned
Work safely at ground level and at heights

Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions
Comfortable working from heights and on commercial rooftops
Must have FULL PPE:
Hard Hat
Safety Glasses
High-Visibility Vest/Shirt
Work Gloves
Steel Toe Boots
Fall Protection Equipment (if required)
Basic tool belt required
Ability to lift and carry roofing materials throughout the shift
Dependable transportation and strong work ethic
Must obtain a JLA Badge (or be willing to obtain one prior to starting)

Schedule:

Early Start Time: 4:00 AM
Designed to help crews beat the afternoon Florida heat
Overtime may be available based on project needs

Compensation:

Pay up to $19/hour
Weekly Pay
Opportunity to work with an established commercial roofing team
