Paid hotel when traveling we travel light - maybe 1x ever 2 -3 months but could be more. per diem and hotel paid .

travel is always within 3- hrs of Austin Tx.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Leading a small crew (2–3 guys)
• Hands-on construction work (this is NOT a sit-back role)
• Using power tools + basic carpentry skills
• Working outdoors on install projects
• Occasional travel (Mon–Thurs, home Thursday nights)

THE OPPORTUNITY:
We will train you for 6–10 months to take over your own crew. but you have to have construction experience ( 2-5 yrs)
This is for someone who wants to build a career, not just collect a paycheck.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) IDEAL not mandatory
• 3–5 years construction experience
• Leadership experience (even small crews count)
• Valid driver’s license plus clean driving record
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable. Dependable. Shows up.
• Strong references from past employers
