💰 PAY: $28.00–$46.00 PER HOUR
📍 La Jolla, CA
📅 Approximately 6-Month Project

HR Direct Services is hiring experienced construction professionals across multiple trades for a large project in the La Jolla area.

Pay will depend on trade, experience, and skill level. Higher rates may be available for highly experienced candidates, specialized trades, and Lead/Foreman-level workers.

🔨 POSITIONS MAY INCLUDE:

• General Construction / Skilled Labor
• Metal & Wood Framing
• Rough & Finish Carpentry
• Drywall Hanging, Taping, Mudding & Finishing
• Interior & Exterior Painting
• Concrete Forming, Placement, Finishing & Repair
• Demolition & Site Preparation
• Flooring, Tile & Base Installation
• Door, Frame, Hardware & Cabinet Installation
• Ceiling Grid & Acoustic Ceiling Installation
• Basic Plumbing & Electrical Support
• Punch-List, Repair & General Handyman Work
• Working Foremen & Multi-Trade Leads

✅ REQUIREMENTS:

• Documented construction experience in your assigned trade
• Reliable transportation to and from the La Jolla jobsite
• Personal hand tools appropriate for your trade
• Work boots required
• Ability to lift construction materials and perform physical jobsite work
• Ability to follow plans, instructions, schedules, and safety requirements
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• OSHA 10 certification preferred

🦺 PPE & EQUIPMENT:

Hard hats, safety vests, safety glasses, and gloves will be coordinated for the project.

Workers are responsible for providing their own:

• Work boots
• Appropriate trade-specific hand tools

Specialty tools, ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and major equipment will be coordinated separately based on project requirements.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

This is a project-based temporary position expected to last approximately 6 months and is not a permanent hire.

Dependable workers who perform well may have opportunities to be considered for future HR Direct Services projects after this project is completed.
