NOW HIRING – Door / Trim / Hardware Technicians

Now Hiring: Back-End Trim / Punch Technicians

We're looking for experienced trim and punch technicians to join our team. If you know your way around hardware installation and door/trim adjustment, we want to hear from you.

What you'll do:

Perform back-end trim work and final punch-out on units
Install hardware (hinges, latches, handles, fasteners, etc.)
Adjust and align doors for proper fit and function
Inspect finished units and correct any fit, function, or cosmetic issues
Ensure units meet quality standards before final sign-off

What we're looking for:

Hands-on experience with hardware installation
Solid understanding of door and trim adjustment/alignment
Punch/quality-check experience preferred
Attention to detail and quality-focused work
Ability to work efficiently on a production line
Own basic hand tools a plus

Requirements:

Must have your own basic tools

Reliable transportation
Ability to work in a team environment
Construction or carpentry knowledge is a plus
