Electricians & Welders Needed – Virginia Beach, VA

We are currently hiring experienced Electricians and Welders for a growing manufacturing facility in Virginia Beach, VA.

We are looking for Electricians at all levels and experienced Welder II and Welder III candidates.

Pay Rates

Electricians

Electrician I: $22.00-$28.00/hour

Electrician II: $30.00-$32.00/hour
Electrician III: $33.00-$37.00/hour

Welders

Welder II: $24.00-$27.00/hour

Welder III: $27.00-$32.00/hour
Welder II & III candidates should have 3+ years of relevant welding experience

2nd Shift: Additional 15% shift differential

Schedule
1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday | 5:00 PM-3:30 AM
Full-Time
Contract-to-Hire
Overtime Available

Electrician Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial/industrial electrical systems
Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
Work with high- and low-voltage systems
Ensure work meets NEC and OSHA standards
Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Welder Responsibilities

Perform MIG, TIG, wire, spot, and oxy/acetylene welding
Fabricate and assemble structural components, frames, fuel tanks, and related assemblies
Read blueprints and welding symbols
Inspect welds and complete quality checks
Safely operate grinders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment

Qualifications

Relevant commercial, industrial, or manufacturing experience
Electricians: All experience levels are being considered
Welder II & III: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
High School Diploma or GED
MIG certification preferred for Welders; TIG certification is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment
