MID-LEVEL TECHNICIANS LEAD TECHNICIANS FOR LOW VOLTAGE STRUCTURED CABLING

Aricom Networks is a growing commercial low-voltage contractor looking for dependable people who want to build a long-term career. We perform work throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex on schools, healthcare facilities, office buildings, government projects, data centers, and commercial construction.

PAY

Entry-Level Technicians: $18.00- $19.00/hr

Mid-Level Technicians: $19.00 - $25.00/hr

Lead Technicians: Pay based on experience and leadership ability.

Full-Time Employment

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Depending on your experience level, duties may include:

• Pulling and routing Cat6, Cat6A, fiber optic, and coaxial cable
• Installing J-hook cable pathways
• Installing cable tray systems
• Installing sleeves, supports, and cable management systems
• Terminating copper and fiber optic cabling
• Installing wireless access points (Wi-Fi)
• Installing security cameras
• Installing audio/visual systems including TVs, projectors, speakers, and displays
• Mounting equipment racks and cabinets
• Reading blueprints and construction drawings
• Testing and labeling installed cabling
• Maintaining clean and safe job sites
• Leading crews and coordinating work with Project Managers and General Contractors (Lead Technicians)

ENTRY-LEVEL APPLICANTS WELCOME

No experience? No problem!

If you have a strong work ethic, show up every day, enjoy working with your hands, and are willing to learn, we’ll teach you the trade.

Experience working on construction sites is a plus but is not required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Reliable vehicle (required)
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout the DFW Metroplex
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn
• Must pass a drug test and background check (some felony’s can still get badged for job sites depending on charge). We are willing to give second chances as long as you can obtain a badge from background check.
