What You’ll Be Doing

• Service requests, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems
• Unit turns to get apartments ready for move-in
• General maintenance and repairs
• Support the property team with day-to-day maintenance

What We’re Looking For

• Multifamily maintenance experience
• EPA 608 Universal Certification (required)
• HVAC experience
• Basic maintenance tools
• Reliable transportation
• Someone who shows up and handles business
