AJ's Aluminum is seeking a motivated, results-driven Estimator / Sales Consultant to help homeowners bring their renovation projects to life. This position is ideal for someone who can accurately estimate projects, build trust with customers, and confidently close sales.

If you have experience in home improvement, construction estimating, remodeling, aluminum products, screen rooms, patios, roofing, windows, doors, or exterior renovations—and you enjoy working directly with homeowners—we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to evaluate renovation and improvement projects

Measure and assess job sites accurately

Prepare detailed estimates and proposals

Present solutions and explain project scope to customers

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Negotiate and close contracts

Coordinate with production and project management teams

Maintain accurate CRM and customer records

Represent AJ's Aluminum professionally at all times

Qualifications

Previous estimating and sales experience preferred

Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, aluminum, roofing, windows, doors, or related industries

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to confidently ask for the sale and close deals

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Basic computer and estimating software proficiency

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
