We're looking for well-rounded, experienced carpenters and residential repair professionals who can confidently handle a variety of projects.
No two weeks are exactly alike! Our jobs come in all shapes and sizes, from smaller residential repairs to more involved remodeling and structural projects.
You'll work independently in the field while being part of a supportive team that communicates daily, shares knowledge, and works together to get the job done right.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform quality residential repairs, maintenance, remodeling, and construction work.
Complete tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, door and window installation, siding, , and structural repairs.
Handle general repairs involving drywall, painting, cabinetry, hardware, fixtures, and minor plumbing or electrical tasks within your qualifications.
Troubleshoot problems, identify potential issues, and recommend practical solutions.
Manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and complete work efficiently.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers.
Maintain accurate time tracking, using mobile app
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job site.
Assist with materials, supplies, and debris removal as needed.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Solid experience in residential carpentry, construction, remodeling, or repair work.
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot challenges, and make sound decisions.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in the finished product.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Requirements

Ability to meet applicable background screening and drug-testing requirements.
